What is the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please email us at Connect@opusmind.com with your Order# on the subject line.
We aim to send out orders within 24-48hr of when it is received. If you need your order to be expedited, please email us at Connect@opusmind.com as well.
When there is a delay with our fulfillment, we will email you and confirm the delivery date.
Once your order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us at Connect@opusmind.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we wil try our best to accommodate all requests.
